Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Product Manager for YouTube Ads Quality in Mountain View to own ranking systems and ML-driven ad delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of product management or related technical experience.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 3 years in auction, ranking or recommendations products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product goals, strategy, and roadmap for YouTube’s User Quality ranking systems.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to refine ranking models, auction dynamics, and recommendation algorithms.
• Lead technical execution to deploy ML and predictive models across YouTube surfaces.
• Define KPIs and design A/B tests to drive data-driven decisions.
• Communicate complex ranking concepts and plans to leadership and partner teams.
