Role Summary

We are looking for a “can do” individual who embraces tough problems and looks for innovative ways to solve them keeping customer and business outcomes in mind. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, user experience, customer success, product marketing, and other product management teams to deliver a compelling product within the Sophos portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ by understanding needs, pain points and emerging trends
• Translate business goals and market opportunities into a rigorously prioritized roadmap considering time, scope, and quality
• Ensure clarity between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams
• Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions

What You Will Bring

• An open mind with a sense of curiosity, innovation, and humility accompanied with a strong sense of urgency
• A keen sense for decision making backed by analytics and data
• Experience as a Product Manager with one or more of the following technologies: Endpoint Protection, EDR, XDR, NDR, and/or NG-SIEM
• Ability to clearly, concisely, coherently, and respectfully communicate both verbally and in written form
• Help the team learn something new from you with every interaction, yet be willing to learn from others

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $158,000 to $264,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
