Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation to lead vision, roadmap, and execution with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Finance, Engineering and TPMs. You will own Hydra products in S&A and drive a new suite of technical capabilities to manage data ecosystems.

As a Senior Product Manager in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs.

As a Senior Product Manager in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own Hydra products in S&A space. We have a strong vision and iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers and this will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

As a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data-driven decisions, articulate your vision and sell your features for implementation. You are expected to articulate your point of view with crisp communication, demonstrate ability to synthesize the inputs from your partners and stakeholders, and achieve alignment in harmonious way. You will proactively manage product backlog and work closely with your tech team and TPMs to ensure deliveries that deliver both value and take the product towards S&A North Star vision

WWOps Finance Standardization and Automation (S&A) is the global technology partner evolving financial operations for Amazon's WWOps Finance organization. We build scalable products for planning, forecasting, month-end closing, bridging, and reporting for 2,400 finance users who manage $200B+ in operational costs. Our north star: We want Standard financial processes to run autonomously. AI powers complex decisions and finance professionals spend their time on strategy and insight instead of moving data around.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
