Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to lead Web3 experiences across wallets, on-chain interactions, and signing flows. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to optimize user journeys and drive growth in a remote-first US-based team.

The role requires 5+ years in product management within crypto or digital platforms, strong system design skills, and data-driven decision making. Global collaboration and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Experience leading large cross-team products focused on experience optimization and journey efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing flows, and transaction states.
• Strong system design and decomposition ability with detail-oriented execution.
• Data-driven with metrics, funnel analysis, experiments and impact measurement.
• Ability to identify friction points and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor meme market trends, community behavior, and social sentiment to identify product opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to design meme-related product experiences and engagement mechanisms.
• Develop Web3 product strategy, roadmap, PRD, and phased delivery for experience optimization initiatives.
• Drive improvements in workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion, and overall product experience.
• Build KPI loops: instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iteration, and impact reporting.
• Leverage product data and stakeholder inputs to identify friction points and drive optimization.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and stakeholders; manage risks and trade-offs.
• Define scalable product solutions balancing experience quality, business goals, and regulatory requirements in Web3.

Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience; strong product background in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong track record leading large, cross-team products focused on experience optimization, conversion, workflow improvement, or journey efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Web3 product flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing flows, transaction states, and related user behaviors.
• Strong system design + decomposition ability; detail-oriented execution.
• Data-driven: metrics, funnel analysis, experiments, and impact measurement.
• Ability to identify friction points in complex product flows and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience working across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
