Job summary

Resideo seeks aSenior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and evolution of its web-based software experiences across residential and professional segments.

You will partner with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and other PMs to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes, shaping digital experiences across devices, services, accounts, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Resideo's web-based software experiences across residential and professional customer segments.
• Define and prioritize customer-facing features, workflows, and capabilities to improve engagement, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Partner with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and other PMs to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, connected devices, and software services.
• Translate customer feedback, analytics, market trends, and business objectives into actionable requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Lead product discovery activities, including customer interviews, usability reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, success metrics, and product launch plans for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs, platform capabilities, integrations, system dependencies, and implementation approaches.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to align priorities and communicate product direction.

We are seeking a curious and collaborative Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Resideo's web-based software experiences across multiple user verticals.

In this role, you will define how users interact with devices, services, accounts, subscriptions, insights, and workflows across multiple customer segments, including homeowners and professionals. You will shape digital experiences that deliver intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered interactions.

As an individual contributor with significant influence across the organization, you will partner closely with User Experience, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Product teams to transform customer insights into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes. You will help define the future of how customers engage with Resideo's growing software and connected device ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems across multiple user personas and workflows, and is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that deliver customer and business value.

JOB DUTIES

YOU MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of industry experience, including Product Management experience supporting software, SaaS, digital products, or connected technology solutions.


• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization for customer-facing digital products.


• Experience partnering with Engineering and User Experience teams to deliver web and/or mobile software products from concept through launch.


• Demonstrated experience managing products serving multiple user types, customer segments, or workflows.


• Ability to travel up to 20%.
