Job summary

Archer, collaborating with J.P. Morgan, is seeking a Product Manager Sr. Associate to drive the Wealth Plan Advisor Experience.

You will lead end-to-end product development for wealth management advisor planning tools, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows from ideation to delivery. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities through user research, map journeys, and inform the strategic roadmap with data-driven insights and analytics.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management.
Knowledge of wealth management and advisor space.
Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools to build docs, prototypes, or accelerate delivery.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate product workflows from PRDs to proof-of-concept demos.
Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
Anticipate implications of new features on the overall product experience.
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmaps.
Analyze product metrics across development life cycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
