Job summary

First American seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and promote the strategic roadmap for valuation and appraisal technology products. You will lead product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional execution across enterprise workflows, data standards, and integrations.

You will collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable capabilities and successful releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• 5+ years of directly related product management or product development experience in valuation, appraisal, mortgage technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization for valuation and appraisal technology products.
• Own product discovery from problem definition through delivery, including stakeholder research and requirements development.
• Translate complex appraisal workflows into scalable product capabilities and clear requirements.
• Define and prioritize capabilities supporting data standards and compliance (UAD 3.6, UCDP/EAD, MISMO/XML).
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams on APIs, schemas, and integrations.
• Lead work involving business rules, automated review, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage legacy-to-modern migration decisions and inter-team dependencies.
• Engage with lenders, servicers, investors, and clients to gather feedback and inform roadmap decisions.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Use data to evaluate product health and drive continuous improvement.
