Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in product management and business development.
• At least 4 years of technical writing and reporting experience
• Strong analytic skills and ability to share insights with peers
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Splunk, Excel
• Demonstrable planning and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment
• Ability to partner with a large number of internal stakeholders
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively, making data-informed recommendations

Responsibilities

• Manages the detailed feature and functionality definition of Verisign's TLD launches including use case definition, concept and requirement document creation and roadmap planning.
• Develops a deep understanding of new gTLD launch requirements and how they are provisioned within Verisign.
• Updates internal and external documentation related to the service or feature.
• Works closely with stakeholders to validate early potential concepts.
• Operates as a key player of a cross-functional team to deliver documentation that meets needs on time, within scope and with high quality.
• Identifies customer usage patterns and business development opportunities.
• Through technical writing, clearly documents and explains concepts, solution planning, and development processes for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assesses product concepts and user needs to determine optimal feature sets.
