• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting.
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.

Senior Product Manager - Technical, Seller Fees Science & Tech

Selling Partner Services continues to be high-growth and strategically important business within WW Stores org. Seller Fees team is responsible for developing science and tech products that enable this $150B+ WW business, and raise the bar on our Selling Partners experience.

The work that this PMT does will impact millions of sellers across 24+ stores world-wide. This is a high-impact (financial impact and Seller experience), and high-visibility role with a world-wide scope. This role will partner closely with science and tech teams to improve financial integrity on $XXXB in fees charged WW, and develop agentic tools to automatically evaluate and resolve seller disputes related to fees.

Key job responsibilities

1. 1. Independently envision and execute large projects from start to finish including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution.
2. 2. Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
3. 3. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities.
4. 4. Contribute to roadmap and OP1/OP2 planning.
5. 5. Own leadership review documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews.

A day in the life

1. 1. Review PRFAQ with senior leaders
2. 2. Define product requirements for a new feature
3. 3. Dive deep into a seller escalation with regards to existing functionality
4. 4. Provide updates for a QBR/MBR
5. 5. Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature

• - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
