Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Leo BizOps to define product vision, strategy, and end-to-end systems for consumer and enterprise onboarding, catalog management, and service provisioning.

You will partner with business and engineering leaders to deliver scalable broadband solutions globally. You will own product roadmaps, drive data-informed decisions, and communicate plans to executive leadership while leading cross-functional teams across the customer journey.

Qualifications

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for Leo BizOps products.
Collaborate with senior business and software engineering leaders to deploy onboarding and service activation.
Lead global, cross-functional teams to scale broadband services and improve customer experience.
Provide updates to VPs and prepare operation plans for ongoing programs.
