Senior Product Manager - Technical, Amazon WorkSpaces

As part of the AWS Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon’s unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. We will accomplish this by accelerating our customers’ businesses through delivery of intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges. We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon’s real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions. Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become their trusted partner with solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use.

The world is undergoing significant transformation, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) End User Computing (EUC) services have been built to empower customers with the agility to adapt to evolving workforce needs. Our goal is to become the premier destination for customers seeking to run and access their desktops and applications from any device. With our business experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking experienced product leaders to propel us to the next level of scale. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager who possesses the foresight to envision the future of Amazon WorkSpaces and the ability to innovate accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of product management, technological acumen, and expertise in customer experience, along with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successful execution. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market and customer research to gain deep insights into customer needs, and driving the development of new product concepts to effectively communicate the value of end-user computing to our customers. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping various aspects of product definition, design, and execution in alignment with the Amazon WorkSpaces roadmap. We are seeking a strong business leader who is adept at articulating their vision to AWS senior leadership while also working closely with engineering teams to meticulously translate ideas into reality. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building compelling business cases, managing high-growth enterprise products, and driving customer success.

Key job responsibilities

This team is a good fit for you if:

  1. You are sensitive to customer needs and interested in having a global impact.
  2. You truly care about the business results of what you build, not just the elegance of the technology.
  3. You like to solve interesting technology problems.
  4. You enjoy collaborating in a diverse team environment.
  5. You are a passionate learner and motivated to take on new challenges.
  6. You want to have fun, surround yourself with a highly talented pool of people that like to solve complex problems, but also enjoy work life balance.
  7. You have experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.
  8. You have experience in defining highly available end user computing solutions with responsibility for infrastructure robustness built on AWS.
About the team

Join an innovative and dynamic team dedicated to transforming the way customers interact with their digital workspaces. Our team is at the forefront of revolutionizing end user experiences, empowering organizations to securely access applications and data from anywhere, at any time, and on any device. We are passionate about simplifying the complexities of IT management and enabling seamless collaboration and productivity for businesses of all sizes. By leveraging technologies including virtualization, application streaming, and endpoint management solutions, our team is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. Collaborate with a diverse group of talented engineers, product managers, designers, and business leaders who are driven by customer obsession and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Join us in shaping the future of end user computing and making a meaningful impact on the way people work and connect in the digital age.
