Job summary
Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform and API experience to own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision for Prime Video Personalization & Discovery. You will develop roadmaps and work across engineering, design, and business teams to optimize the customer experience globally.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.

The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform and API experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times.
Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads. - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
