Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management.
• Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy.
• Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive.
• Develop, define, maintain and communicate the product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Determine and conduct market research to identify user need for new products.
• Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
• Define high level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including product features and functions, target markets, and pricing.
