Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and communicate the strategic roadmap for current and future products. You will partner with sales, marketing, development and clients to capture insights, set priorities, and drive product launches.

You will evangelize the product, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide cross-functional teams through deployment and pricing decisions. The role emphasizes leadership, market analysis, and strong communication to align internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years directly related experience in product or services development.
• Leadership and strong communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in pricing, planning, competitive analysis and financial strategy.
• Ability to work in highly matrixed cross-functional environments.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Translates product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Drive ongoing advancement and planning of the product roadmap with Sales, Marketing, Development and clients.
• Approve project scope and change requests.
• Execute the product roadmap directing the development team on evolution and priorities.
• Identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to shape positioning.
• Define high level customer requirements for product features, target markets and pricing.
