Experience leading monetisation in free-to-play mobile games.
Proven ability to own and drive product roadmaps and releases.
Strong data-driven decision making with metrics and experiments.

Responsibilities

Own content and performance strategy for monthly releases.
Define and manage the monthly content calendar with Design, Production and Eng.
Use data to optimise monetisation, engagement and retention across player lifecycle.
Understand player behaviour across geos to drive personalisation and segmentation.
Collaborate with economy/design teams to align with progression and avoid inflation.
Work with UX, Research and Community to translate feedback into improvements.
Build business cases for new initiatives with competitive research and revenue forecasting.
Mentor junior PMs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
