Job summary

Pura USA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Pura App to transform onboarding, device management, and ongoing engagement into a best-in-class customer experience. You will combine quantitative analysis with user insights to define a strategy that delivers value for customers and the business.

You will partner with UX, engineering, and the data team to ensure clear hypotheses, measurable success criteria, and disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience for consumer mobile apps.
• Experience shipping apps for connected hardware or IoT in a hardware+app context.
• Proven ownership of subscription or recurring-revenue products and improving LTV.
• Strong analytics and experimentation mindset using product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for the Pura app with measurable goals.
• Own onboarding and activation experiences to convert new users into engaged customers.
• Oversee device management flows and multi-device experiences with hardware/firmware teams.
• Drive continuous engagement and lifetime value through re-engagement and subscription UX.
• Define success metrics, run controlled experiments, and communicate results to leadership.
• Align design, engineering, data, and leadership on priorities and tradeoffs.
