Base pay range

$72.00/hr - $81.73/hr

OVERVIEW

At Orion, we are searching for a Senior Product Manager with experience in managing the core Sitecore-based infrastructure and enterprise CMS platforms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fully remote

PROJECT DURATION

3 months with extension

SALARY (W2)

$150,000 – $170,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Software Development Manager, Designer, Scrum Master, marketing, content authors, engineering, and design teams
• Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities to evolve the website
• Prioritize issues and use cases based on data
• Drive product strategy and roadmap planning
• Support content migration to Sitecore Content Hub DAM
• Help transition to a headless CMS architecture
• Work with existing roadmap and help shape future planning

KEY EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
• Experience with Headless CMS architecture
• Experience with marketing technology integrations
• Experience with SEO and page optimization
• Experience with website architecture and content management systems
• Make product decisions with awareness of system architecture and dependencies
• Drive prioritization and collaboration with engineering and stakeholders
• Show ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Recent Sitecore experience: Not mandatory — older experience is acceptable
• Infrastructure background: Not necessary — focus is on product and CMS skills
• Other CMS experience: Acceptable if candidate understands headless architecture and integrations

TOOLS & PROCESSES

• Tracking tool: Jira
• Roadmap: Existing roadmap in place for the current quarter; new hire will help shape the next fiscal year’s roadmap
• Initial screening.
• Panel interview with: Engineering Manager and another Product Manager.
