Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Sr Product Manager to own one or more moderately complex products, shaping strategy, roadmap, and leading execution. You will represent the product to customers and peers and coach junior PMs.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across teams to deliver a strong product experience for our customers, with emphasis on stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business.
• Four or more years of experience in an office environment with delivery of services.
• Must influence engineers and understand customer problems.
• Experience delivering product features and analyses supporting feature requirements.
• Clear documentation and DoD/KPIs definition; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize customer insights across domain and lead product strategy.
• Develop global product strategy and roadmaps.
• Represent customers in trade-off decisions and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with teams to create a strong product experience.
• Manage design process through multiple waves and data-driven tests.
