Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions for SMB clients and employees. You will own product roadmaps, conduct market research, define go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, and Engineering to translate requirements into production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and document features as epics and user stories while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst is typical
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product and business direction
• Develop product strategy and execute on roadmap(s) with stakeholders to drive implementation
• Conduct market research and perform competitive data analysis that drives product discovery
• Develop go-to-market strategy demonstrating understanding of market and client needs
• Own features from conception to launch with Design, Engineering, and QA teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Prioritize the product backlog with clear benefits and manage ongoing requests
• Document planned features as epics and user stories
• Produce collateral to enable Marketing and Sales for new releases
• Participate as active member of scrum team and agile ceremonies
• Perform other duties as assigned
