Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions for SMB clients and employees. The role includes developing product requirements, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, and Engineering to deliver value.

You will own go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and document requirements to take concepts to production. A cross-functional team environment and agile practices are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years in product roles such as Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst.
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term product and business direction with leadership.
• Develop strategy and roadmap; drive implementation with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive data analysis for product discovery.
• Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with client needs.
• Own features from concept to launch with Design, Engineering, and QA teams.
• Prioritize backlog with clear benefits and manage requests.
• Document features as epics and user stories, producing collateral for Marketing and Sales.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies as a scrum team member.
