This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending collaborative in-office strategy sessions with the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their core platform, ensuring it meets market needs and drives business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SaaS products, strong market analysis skills, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling product features. Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned SaaS products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Launch new products and features, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on existing features to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product, both internally and externally.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management and SaaS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supply chain management or logistics is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote team environment.
