• Deep understanding of insurance industry dynamics, customer segments, and value chains.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote autonomy.
• Based in or willing to relocate to East London, Eastern Cape .
