Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with degree obtained by start date.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's in any field with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage feature development across a platform transforming Risk Management with technology.
• Serve as Product Manager for a high-performing Technology team.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, users, and risk advisors to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with attention to detail and clear communication.
• Build relationships and influence decision-makers using grounded information.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
