Job summary

You will operate as two in a box with a peer Technical Leader, translating customer, market, and product-health insights into strategy, while mentoring teammates in product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in related, progressive roles.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or a field related to the business.
• 5+ years of experience assessing market and customer needs for information products and services.
• 5+ years of experience in the building and managing of new products.
• 1+ years of experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Product Excellence vision and an 18-month roadmap aligned to customer and business outcomes.
• Lead direct customer discovery, synthesize insights, and translate them into product decisions.
• Partner with leaders to translate product intent into actionable work and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan product releases, support go-to-market activities, and contribute to training and enablement.
