You will lead roadmaps, manage the backlog, conduct user research, and work across design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions while fostering a global, 100% remote work culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable roadmap plans.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and market success of enterprise platforms by defining strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features.
• Conduct in-depth user research to gain a shared understanding of user needs and translate insights into the roadmap.
• Foster synergy across design, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize prioritization frameworks to optimize efforts and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and goal alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
