We transform how healthcare providers exchange information. The Provider Product team is looking for an experienced senior product manager to join a team that’s transforming how healthcare providers exchange information. You’re energized by challenges and want to grow your craft of product discovery and delivery.

The ROI (Release of Information) product zone serves 70% of top health systems and 40% of providers in the US. You’ll partner with design, engineering, operations, and product teams to create workflows that optimize digital and manual fulfillment while enabling secure, fast, and comprehensive data exchange for everyone in our ecosystem.

Role

The Role: Senior Product Manager in the ROI product zone, contributing to the roadmap and strategy for Datavant’s ROI platform and collaborating across teams to enable secure, fast, and comprehensive data exchange for healthcare providers and patients.

Your first 30 days will include
  • Learning the core business of information exchange / release of information in healthcare
  • Diving deep with sales, customers, and operations on key challenges to solve
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations to define the pod’s charter and roadmap
  • Shipping several key improvements that will impact tens of millions of patients’ lives
What you bring to the table
  • 5-7 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies
  • Ability to structure problems, develop clear problem statements and hypotheses, and prioritize work using business understanding and data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on product strategy and progress
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to build and launch new products
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry
  • Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry and willingness to read and grapple with regulations
  • Kindness, smarts, and the ability to Get Things Done

The range posted is for a given job title and may include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on level, responsibilities, skills, and experience. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $170,000—$200,000 USD.
