The Role

The Provider Product team is looking for an experienced senior product manager to join a team that’s transforming how healthcare providers exchange information. As a Senior Product Manager in our Release of Information (ROI) product zone, you’ll contribute to the roadmap and strategy for Datavant’s ROI platform serving 70% of top health systems and 40% of providers in the US. You’ll partner with design, engineering, operations, and product teams to create new workflows and processes that optimize digital and manual fulfillment while enabling secure, fast, and comprehensive data exchange for everyone in our ecosystem.

What you bring to the table

• 5-7 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies

• Ability to structure problems, develop clear problem statements and hypotheses, and prioritize work using business understanding and data

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; keep teams updated on product strategy

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to build and launch new products

• Experience or demonstrated interest in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry

• Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry and an interest in reading regulations

• Kindness, smarts, and the ability to get things done

Our total rewards strategy powers a high-growth, high-performance health technology company. The compensation range for this role is $170,000—$200,000 USD, depending on level, responsibilities, skills, and experience.
