Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Product Management in a large or complex enterprise.
• Experience managing multiple products or a portfolio of products.
• Own product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience supporting or managing employee-facing or enterprise applications.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives by value and impact.
• Experience partnering with software development or engineering teams.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle and post-launch ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, enhancements, and priorities across a portfolio of internally developed applications.
• Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and employee experience.
• Manage the full product lifecycle with post-launch ownership and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and resources.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined product requirements with development teams.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption and UX.
