What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably with developer tools, SDKs, or technical infrastructure

Strong ability to communicate with engineers regarding APIs, performance bottlenecks, and distributed systems

Understanding of the needs of ML engineers and researchers, or a strong willingness to learn

Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and act swiftly

Passion for user research and integrating customer feedback into product development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience working on Python libraries, open-source tooling, or metrics systems

Background in scaling or optimizing storage and ingestion pipelines at high throughput

Familiarity with MySQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, and major cloud providers (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)

Previous involvement in ML workflows and understanding of experimentation-heavy teams

Prior experience using W&B is a plus
