  2. Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization, continuously improving conversion and customer acquisition.
  3. Cultivate strategic partnerships with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and external fintech ecosystem partners, leveraging their expertise to inform product roadmap and execution plans.
  4. Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our lending products and capture market share.
  5. Translate customer insights, business goals, and market trends into prioritized product requirements, using data-driven decision making to maximize impact.

What We Look For:

  1. 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving KPIs through thoughtful product development and user-centric design.
  2. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.
  3. Proven track record of successful product delivery in consumer finance, lending platforms, or fintech environments; financial services product experience strongly preferred.
  4. Technical proficiency including experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures, data analytics platforms, A/B testing methodologies, and SQL.
  5. Strong understanding of lending regulations, underwriting processes, and credit risk principles.
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

What We Offer You:

  1. Competitive salary and stock option plan.
  2. 100% paid coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance.
  3. Flexible PTO.
  4. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  5. Paid parental leave.
  6. Health & wellness initiatives.
