Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Acuity Scheduling team, owning the payments and mobile surfaces. You will set strategy, drive growth in GPV, and lead cross-functional efforts across web, mobile, and in-person contexts from our New York City office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll partner with product, marketing, and analytics to deliver scalable payment experiences, ensure strong merchant support, and measure engagement and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payments, fintech, or transaction products, with third-party integrations and checkout UX.
• Strong data and financial analysis skills to size opportunities and validate demand.
• Excellent communication and ability to align cross-functional teams around business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for payments, transactions, and mobile on Acuity.
• Lead rigorous problem discovery grounded in user research, competitive analysis, and financial data.
• Drive payment integrations and checkout UX across web and mobile surfaces.
• Create alignment across stakeholders through clear narratives and prioritization frameworks.
