Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a TransFund Product Manager to design, implement, and manage TransFund products and solutions, driving revenue and deepening customer relationships.

You will help set product vision, negotiate with vendors, and present to executives. This role requires strong tech, payment industry, and data analytics understanding, with a focus on AI and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years in product management and/or 15+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Understanding of payments / EFT industry practices and card networks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a product portfolio with onboarding, customer reporting, dashboards, and training materials.
• Oversee the customer training platform with updated materials and guides.
• Coordinate with leadership, sales, partner management, product and marketing on performance.
• Lead new product launches using Pragmatic framework with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor industry trends; ensure AI and data analytics are leveraged.
