Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for OpsTech Solutions to own the OTS Data Products portfolio and drive cross-team alignment across ANCHOR and DSE.

You will shape architecture decisions, influence without direct authority, and guide a multi-year roadmap spanning forecasting, analytics, and AI agent ecosystems to deliver reusable data products. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience with Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and Storage.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
• Demonstrated ability to influence partner engineering teams and stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Define and own a multi-year product vision and roadmap for OTS data products across teams.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements and make disciplined trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape architecture decisions and resolve overlap between services.
• Drive the AI agent and MCP access-layer strategy with clear ownership boundaries.
• Establish adoption metrics and own reporting standards for portfolio accountability.
• Align partner teams and stakeholders to drive adoption of the shared portfolio.
• Contribute to annual planning with investment proposals and capture voice of the customer.
