Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for OriginAI to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of OriginAI offerings within the AI Factory Platform. You will translate customer needs and market insights into priorities and drive cross-functional programs across software, hardware, and partnerships.

You will shape product direction for AI infrastructure, enable faster deployment, and scale GPU-based workloads with a focus on reliability and value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of product management ownership across infrastructure, platform, AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Experience with hardware-software integrated solutions or cloud/HPC environments.
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear product strategy and customer value.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience defining product strategy and influencing executive decisions.
• Ability balancing technical, commercial, operational, and customer considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned OriginAI offerings.
• Define offerings that combine reference architectures, integrated software, and lifecycle services.
• Synthesize feedback, technology trends, and business objectives into prioritized requirements.
• Translate strategy into executable plans across software, hardware, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Services, Operations, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Develop GTM strategy, pricing, positioning, and field enablement with Sales and Marketing.
• Present recommendations and market insights to leadership and ecosystem partners.
• Engage with customers to validate requirements and drive adoption.
