Harris Computer’s Aurora division seeks a Senior Product Manager to define, prioritize, and execute the modernization roadmap, consolidating multiple legacy product lines into a single, web-based platform. You will work with a team that brings deep expertise to make the transformation real and impactful.

You will lead the R&D roadmap, explore emerging technologies, validate with stakeholders, and focus on AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflows and decision support for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or strategy experience, ideally with platform modernization or legacy migration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
• Experience managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the R&D product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term strategies.
• Lead the discovery and exploration of emerging technologies and trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive roadmap execution by turning the long-term vision into a practical, sequenced roadmap and moving quickly from planning to delivery.
• Identify and cultivate design-partner relationships with municipalities to co-develop and validate modernization assumptions before broad rollout.
• Identify where AI can create meaningful functional efficiencies inside the product and shape AI-enabled capabilities.
