Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the recommendation systems for Google Discover.
• Define success metrics, design experiments, and own KPIs for personalization and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze trade-offs in recommendations and translate insights into actionable requirements.
• Balance relevance and novelty, manage exploration vs exploitation for long-term user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, UX, and GTM teams to translate strategy into roadmap.
