Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycles.
• Strong financial acumen: pricing, forecasting, profitability.
• Experience with globally sourced products and international suppliers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the business performance, strategy, and product roadmap for Microwave and Ventilation.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap with future products and tech direction.
• Lead annual and long-range product planning to support growth objectives.
• Serve as SME for microwave cooking and ventilation products.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch with cost targets.
• Develop pricing strategies and product positioning for new introductions.
• Manage product lifecycle: launches, updates, end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with Planning, Innovation, R&D, Design, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through cost optimization and sourcing.
