Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product & Merchandising Analytics team, partnering with ERP and business systems to shape the analytics roadmap across development, merchandising, planning, wholesale, and supply chain.

You will lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, defining requirements, metrics, and data needs, and working with senior leaders, engineers, and reporting developers to drive adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, BI, or a senior analyst role.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business and technical audiences.
• Experience with retail analytics and product lifecycle metrics.
• Experience building analytics products and driving adoption.
• Awareness of AI applications in analytics and willingness to prototype

Responsibilities

• Shape roadmap and own initiatives with analytics leadership.
• Lead discovery to determine whether reporting, data, automation, or workflow changes are needed.
• Prioritize by business value and align stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into clear data requirements and metrics.
• Drive delivery with the scrum team and manage the backlog.
• Establish data definitions and connections across ERP and planning data.
• Lead validation, rollout, and adoption with business users.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and avoid duplicate work.
• Apply AI to insights and automation in workflows.
• Keep stakeholders informed and resolve blockers
