This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Membership in United States.

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping membership experiences that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will translate strategy into actionable product outcomes, applying both analytical and creative thinking to prioritize the most impactful opportunities. Working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end product initiatives, experiment with new ideas, and continuously improve processes while mentoring teammates and influencing best practices.

Accountabilities

  • Translate business strategy into measurable product outcomes, framing opportunities with ROI scenarios tied to engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Lead discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and deep data exploration, to identify member behaviors and underlying drivers.
  • Drive prioritization by weighing value vs. effort, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and making clear trade-off decisions.
  • Shepherd execution by participating in stand-ups, facilitating design and discovery sessions, and ensuring acceptance criteria and specifications are precise.
  • Define and track success metrics for features and experiments, clearly reporting on business impact post-launch.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless member journey from onboarding through retention.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and champion improvements to optimize product processes.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to establishing best practices within the product organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within consumer subscription businesses.
  • Proven track record in mobile app development and management of subscription-based products.
  • Demonstrated ability to run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and design habit-forming product experiences.
  • Strong systems thinker with expertise in linking product delivery to churn, retention, or LTV impact.
  • Skilled in building prioritization frameworks with clear ROI scenarios.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Looker, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present trade-offs and recommendations to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experienced in agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid scaling environments, and developing AI prototypes.
  • Nice-to-have: background in UX, software engineering, marketing, or experience with membership apps, recipe platforms, or fitness/lifestyle products.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $150,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous PTO, vacation, and safe/sick leave.
  • Parental leave and family support programs.
  • Monthly perk: complimentary delivery of premium product.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive remote work environment.
