  • Are laser focused on delivering results for Members, and proactively problem solving to get there
About this role

We\'re looking for someone to join our product management team who wants to build incredible products that help make high quality affordable care available to all. That\'s where you come in – we\'re seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to build out the care experiences that will define the next generation of healthcare.

What you\'ll do

This is a high-impact role within our Product team, managing one of our newest and most strategic product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Own end-to-end member activation and engagement strategies to drive growth across complex B2B2C healthcare journeys.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives that reduce onboarding friction and boost member retention and lifetime value.
  • Design and run rigorous A/B experiments and conversion rate optimization strategies to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, data science, and care delivery teams to align product roadmaps and drive execution.
What we\'re looking for
  • 3-5 years of proven Product Management experience driving growth, ideally within digital health or health tech.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable CDP/marketing automation platforms (Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Expertise in funnel analytics and member journey optimization using tools such as Mixpanel
  • Familiarity with ETL and Data Engineering concepts and familiar with SQL and/or other query languages
  • Experience with creating member engagement strategies by leveraging data, behavioral insights, and cross-functional collaboration to increase activation, retention, and satisfaction across digital healthcare products.
  • Understanding of the health tech stack and healthcare industry in general.
  • A natural curiosity supplemented by analytical thinking and a proclivity for using data to answer questions quantitatively.
  • A strong bias for decision-making and action - you are adept at synthesizing inputs and like to move fast.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and subject matter experts, to drive the successful development and delivery of products. You make others feel understood and not just heard.
  • Individuals with humble attitudes who love solving hard problems.
  • A willingness to have a little fun along the way.

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $150,000 — $170,000 USD

Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don’t apply unless they meet 100% of the job criteria.
