Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Product Manager for Media to own the cloud-based tools that enable management, delivery, and reporting on advertising streams in a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC. The role leads a small product team and partners with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The position reports to the GM – Outdoor Payment and Media, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software, preferably DOOH.
• 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Ready to be a “mini-GM” of a $40M business.
• Experience in business development and/or sales to drive revenue.
• Proven success managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with software/web tech understanding.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product owners focused on the Media product line.
• Engage with customers and research markets to identify features and growth.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Media.
• Create business cases for new products/features.
• Prioritize backlog and manage lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Analyze metrics and use data-driven insights for improvements.
• "Make the tough decisions" balancing stakeholder priorities.
• Own and track financial projections/outcomes for the business.
• Identify customer needs for Media apps across fuel retail points.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to deliver.
• Act as a product evangelist at events and with key clients.
• Lead two Product Owners working with engineering scrum teams.
