Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Product Manager for the Media product line. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a small team of product owners, conduct market research, and create business cases to differentiate our Media offerings. This hybrid role is based in Greensboro, NC with remote options for candidates on Central/East Coast Time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software.
• 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Ready to be a 'mini-GM' of a $40M business.
• Experience in business development and/or sales.
• Proven success managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product owners focusing on the Media product line.
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to identify new features and opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Media, create business cases, and prioritize backlog.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Own & track financial projections & outcomes for all elements of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products meeting market needs.
• Act as a product evangelist at industry events and with key clients.
• Lead a team of two Product Owners and travel up to 30% to meet stakeholders.
