Job summary

BranchLab, an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Measurement, Planning & Optimization product. You will lead data ingestion, standardization, and insights across multiple sources, connecting media exposure to health outcomes and surfacing KPIs and recommendations.

You will shape an agent-first UX, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and GTM, and help improve planning and budgeting with AI-powered insights.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in product management, ideally in data-heavy or analytics products.
  • Experience with AI products and agentic workflows.
  • Strong comfort with data pipelines, messy datasets, and multi-source systems.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn complexity into clear product direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.

Responsibilities

  • Build the measurement layer: productize data ingestion, standardization, and reporting across sources.
  • Create a unified data model: connect audiences, media, and outcomes.
  • Define insights & KPIs; surface actionable recommendations.
  • Shape an agent-first experience: enable users to ask questions across media + commercial data and get insights with visuals.

Job Title : Senior Product Manager, Measurement, Planning & Optimization
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid in office in Boulder, CO. We have an in-office culture, with a minimum 3 days in the office (Tues-Thurs).
Reporting To: Senior Director of Product
Work Authorization: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our Measurement, Planning & Optimization product.

  • Ingest and standardize fragmented measurement data
  • Connect media exposure to healthcare outcomes
  • Surface insights, KPIs, and recommendations
  • Enable smarter planning and budget optimization through artificial intelligence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the measurement layer

Productize data ingestion, standardization, and reporting across multiple sources

Create a unified data model

Define a system that connects audiences, media, and outcomes

Define insights & recommendations

Establish KPIs that drive actionable recommendations

Shape an agent-first experience

Enable users to ask questions across media + commercial data and get insights with visuals

Lead cross-functionally

Partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM to bring the product to life

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5+ years in product management, ideally in data-heavy or analytics products
  • High energy, high agency working style
  • Experience building and working with AI products and agentic workflows
  • Strong comfort with:

Data pipelines, messy datasets, and multi-source systems

Defining metrics, KPIs, and insight frameworks

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn complexity into clear product direction
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities and limited structure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or healthcare data
  • Familiarity with measurement platforms (e.g., CrossIX) or DSPs
  • Experience with AI/agent-driven UX
