The Sr. Product Manager - Martech & Growth is responsible for being the driving force behind this digital innovation. Your role will center on redefining our Web & Mobile presence while enhancing our marketing capabilities, ultimately building a legacy in the digital landscape

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Indirectly leads a team dedicated to website enhancement and digital marketing, instilling a culture of agility, innovation, and customer focus
- Oversees the full lifecycle of customer-centric web solutions and marketing technologies, driving eCommerce growth and enhancing user experience
- Spearheads the enhancement of user interface and user experience across our digital properties. Collaborates seamlessly with design teams to create platforms that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and user-centric, ensuring an engaging customer journey on both our website and mobile applications
- "Crafts and implements robust digital strategies tailored to our website and marketing technology, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey from awareness to conversion "
- Collaborates with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure a data-driven, integrated approach to digital initiatives
- Stays at the forefront of DTC (Direct to consumer) trends, eCommerce innovations, and digital marketing advancements, applying these insights to maintain our competitive edge
- Spearheads the enhancement of user interface and user experience across our digital properties
- Collaborates with design teams to create platforms that are not only aesthetically pleasing, intuitive and user centric, ensuring an engaging customer journey on both our website and mobile applications
- A/B testing to continuously elevate the customer experience
- Analyzes data to drive strategic decisions, focusing on enhancing user engagement and maximizing conversion rates
- Champions the creation and refinement of an advanced attribution model, delivering precise insights into the performance of diverse marketing channels and campaigns, playing a pivotal role in crafting a comprehensive view of the customer journey, facilitating informed marketing strategies and optimizing budget allocation
- Collaborates closely with merchandising and design teams to ensure that product displays and promotional content are finely tuned for maximum user engagement and conversion. Applying strategic acumen to product merchandising, blending creativity with data driven insights for impactful product showcases
- Directs the management of sprints and nurtures productive relationships with external development partners, and ensuring prompt and efficient project delivery, adopting agile methodologies to foster innovation and rapid development within product teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:- At least 5 years of product management experience, with a significant focus on digital platforms, website optimization, and marketing technologies in a DTC environment
- A dynamic leader with a passion for the DTC (direct to consumer) model and digital marketing, combined with a deep understanding of eCommerce strategies
- Proven success in developing and executing digital products that drive customer engagement and eCommerce growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders around a unified digital vision
