Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience in e-commerce, membership, hospitality or technology platforms.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field or quantitative discipline is a strong plus.
• Comfortable operating against a fixed externally-driven launch date across multiple parallel workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across major releases and backlog.
• Run day-to-day agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings across product, engineering, design and wider team.
• Write precise product requirements and specifications for core platform domains (identity, access, booking, payments, CRM).
• Develop and maintain a build-vs-buy viewpoint and manage vendor decisions behind a controlled interface layer.
• Ensure the platform supports the end-to-end member journey and content architecture for editorial needs.
• Lead sessions to decide on key trade-offs and escalate recommendations to the VP of Product.
• Contribute to both tactical and strategic work, including workshops and executive-ready materials.
