Job summary

Shutterstock seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Licensed Data & Training Services Platform, the backbone of our AI Data Licensing & Services business. You will balance roadmap execution, design leadership, market awareness, and stakeholder alignment to build a data licensing and services orchestration layer.

The role requires deep understanding of multimedia datasets curation, model training workflows, and a track record shipping B2B platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS, APIs, or AI-powered applications.
Track record of shipping B2B platform-based products.
Proven success in stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Experience managing products dealing with hyperscale data ingestion and processing (petabyte-scale multimedia datasets).
Experience managing products that integrate with customer/partner ML training pipelines.

Responsibilities

Capture requirements, understand customer needs and scope Shutterstock’s new Licensed Data & Training Services Platform.
Execute roadmap and launch the platform in partnership with core engineering and the ML team.
Understand and execute a phased approach balancing speed-to-market with core needs and tiering across internal teams and customer needs.
Partner with business unit sponsors to align priorities and reflect business objectives in the roadmap.
Bridge between engineering and the rest of the team with clear timelines, capabilities, and value propositions.
