Are you a seasoned Fintech Product Manager with deep experience in lending and a passion for building impactful financial products? Jobber is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the Fintech department to lead our lending offerings and help small service businesses thrive through timely, accessible financing. This is a remote-first role that can be held in Canada or the United States.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Fintech, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Jobber’s lending offerings — products designed to help small service businesses thrive through financing. The lending business is nascent and growing quickly; you will navigate this growth stage and realize the potential for customers and the business. This is an opportunity to build a business with a clear mandate to innovate, differentiate, and scale Jobber Capital.
At Jobber, compensation is transparent and competitive. This role has a minimum annual salary of $139,800, a midpoint of $164,500, and a maximum of $189,100, reflecting growth and impact. The compensation package includes equity rewards, annual health and wellness stipends, retirement savings matching, and an extended health plan with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
