This role focuses on high-leverage domains such as fraud detection, fintech innovation, and FCRA-compliant credit workflows for our Leasing Suite, contributing to trust, security, and financial services as we scale toward AI-powered growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, integrating AI capabilities and automation to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
- Rapidly create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas with customers, incorporating feedback before handoff to engineering teams.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business objectives and customer needs, with emphasis on fraud prevention, fintech, and FCRA-compliant workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of product plans, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and features in fraud detection, financial services, and compliance technologies.
- Prioritize and manage product backlog, using data-driven decisions to deliver high-impact features on time.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams in the US and India.
- Evangelize the product internally and externally, presenting revenue-enabling capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and industry events.
- Drive agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and iterative release cycles for products.
- Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI, fintech, fraud detection, and compliance technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or higher education degree in business, law, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Fluent in applied AI and LLMs across the SDLC, with expertise in advanced prompting, context engineering, agentic tool use, and designing AI-augmented workflows that drive automation, precision, and scale.
- Knowledge of fraud detection systems, fintech solutions, or compliance requirements (e.g., FCRA).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise companies during software purchase.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.
- Adaptability and the ability to challenge assumptions and rethink approaches in changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or related role within the software industry.
- Advanced technical graduate degree, Juris Doctor, or an MBA.
- Experience working with Data Science teams to solve problems with large data sets.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered prototypes and automation workflows.
- Experience in fraud detection, financial services products, or regulatory compliance (especially FCRA).
- A track record of challenging conventional practices and leading transformational change in product management.
Benefits
Salary range: $119,000 - $188,000 per year. This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity. Level - P4.
