Job summary

Nexcess is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Software to drive strategy and development for Mastery and Certifications, including learning management and credentialing capabilities. You will own product roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.

The role requires deep knowledge of learning, assessment, and credentialing products and a data-driven approach to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant senior product management experience in software.
• Experience with LMS, learning, credentialing products.
• Ability to translate client feedback into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategy for Mastery and Certifications.
• Lead roadmaps and prioritization for learning and credentialing features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Manage lifecycle and deprecations across offerings.
