Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving multiple states, is seeking a Manager of Product for LGFI products. You will lead strategy, design benefits, and ensure CMS/state submissions while coordinating with finance, legal, and sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years in health plan product management and strong regulatory and analytical skills. Office-based with on-site collaboration across offices in MN, WI, MO, and NE.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of health plan product experience.
• Expertise in LGFI benefits, CMS/state compliance, and ERISA considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product lifecycles.
